Hand picked Riesling from our Moorialup vineyard, whole bunch pressed to tank for a couple days’ settling, then racked to sandstone Jarre (amphora) and a couple of older barrels for natural fermentation, left on full lees for 12 months.

Bright straw hue with green edges. Aromas of dried lemons and limes, wet slate. A slippery mouthfeel within a pithy frame, and an intriguing herbal complexity – lemon thyme and lavender.
