Fruit from our Moorialup Vineyard hand picked. About 50% was sealed up in open top fermenters for three weeks carbonic maceration, with the remainder carefully destemmed and fermented as whole bunches with gentle hand plunging. Pressed and raised in older French oak puncheons.

Light red hue. Lifted red fruit nose. Maraschino cherry, (Umeboshi) sour plum and chocolate box. Slippery and sexy across the tongue with Turkish delight and fresh red plums. A mineral, classic pinot mid palate with cocoa powder tannins and a savoury finish.
